Autism Acceptance Festival Sponsorship

Our second annual Autism Acceptance Festival and 5K will be held on April 2, 2022. This is a FREE event for families where they can connect with other individuals and families impacted by Autism, learn about area resources and have FUN at the festival! The support from sponsors not only allows family members to learn more about area resources, but also helps ASNLa continue our initiatives of empowering individuals and families impacted by Autism, and connecting them to needed resources. 

All sponsors that are setting up a booth at the festival are asked to provide a game or activity, and have their booth ready by 9:30. Candy and prizes are allowed, but no refreshments please. 

Deadlines for sponsorships are March 3rd. 

Gold Sponsor $500 donation

· Logo on race shirt (please email us your logo at ASNLa.finance@gmail.com)

· Sponsor “shout out” in race packets. (Have to turn in to us by March 15th)

· You are allowed to set up an informational table about your company and hand promotional material or refreshments to the athletes

· You are also allowed to set up a banner or sign next to the finish if you choose to. You will have main access to the area at race registration.

· Logo on race website and Facebook page

· Special recognition at Awards ceremony

· You may set up a table at festival but must have a game or activity for the participants. Candy and prizes are allowed but no refreshments please

Silver Sponsor $300 donation

· Logo on race shirt (please email us your logo at asnla.finance@gmail.com)

· Sponsor “shout out” in race packets (Must have to us by March 15)

· You can provide material to put in race bags. (Please get to us by March 15)

Refreshments or Donations for Race Bags

This level of sponsorship does not require a specific fee. If you have a business, you have the option to donate items for the runners' bags (such a pens, hand sanitizer, etc.). We expect up to 100 runners and therefore would need 100 items donated. 

We would also accept donations of refreshments such as waters or drinks for runners, soft drinks, granola bars, fruit, etc for the runners. Please email us at autismnorthla@gmail.com with what you'd like to donate.
